Formwork is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution across paid advertising campaigns for multiple client brands. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking and strong creative instincts. The right candidate understands how to build, manage, and optimize campaigns while also crafting clear, persuasive ad copy.
This position will focus primarily on Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management, along with ongoing performance analysis and reporting.
Plan, build, and manage advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
Develop compelling ad copy and messaging without the use of AI tools
Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimization decisions
Conduct audience research and targeting strategy development
Collaborate with our team on campaign concepts, landing pages, and creative direction
Analyze results and provide clear performance insights
Manage advertising budgets responsibly across multiple client accounts
Stay informed on platform changes, trends, and best practices
Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Strong copywriting ability for ads and campaign messaging
Comfort working with campaign data, performance metrics, and optimization strategies
Ability to balance technical campaign setup with creative thinking
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts
Experience with conversion tracking and analytics platforms
Experience developing landing page strategy
Experience with marketing reporting tools or dashboards
Familiarity with broader digital marketing strategy
You are both analytical and creative. You understand how advertising platforms work technically, but you also know how to craft messaging that connects with real people. You are comfortable taking ownership of campaigns while collaborating closely with a small team.
